If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive within the first two weeks, we will provide a full refund or a healthy replacement.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or report a damaged plant.
Prepare the Package
For hard goods, place items in their original packaging; for live plants, ensure they are secured in the box with the original protective inserts to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
